Had an amazing stay here! The rooms are clean and spacious with all of the amenities you need. There is 24 hour staff onsite so the building feels very secure and it's in a great area in Milan in El Poblado that has plenty of restaurants and shops and is a short walk or $2 USD uber to the main Provenza area. The metro is also nearby and about a 10 min walk. The hotel staff was particularly awesome and extremely helpful. Special shoutout to Carlos who arranged an early check in for us and helped us coordinate exit plans on our last day :) Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay at Gres Apartment. The building has contemporary architecture with great character, and the apartment is immaculate — clean, comfortable, well laid out, and fully equipped. The location is strategic and very convenient. The service was exceptional. Carlos consistently went the extra mile in every way — attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our experience outstanding. We also appreciate Luisa and Andrés for their kindness. I had an outstanding stay at Gres Living in Medellín. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful. What stood out most was their consistency — they didn’t just help at check-in, they supported me throughout my entire stay. They assisted with everything from tours and transportation to local recommendations, and always replied quickly with a friendly, professional tone. The location is excellent as well — an easy walk to Poblado station and close to everything you need. What really sets Gres apart is how they handle real situations. At one point I was in a bind waiting for my bank cards, and the team went above and beyond to help me out without hesitation. That level of trust and care is rare. This isn’t about flashy luxury — it’s about people who truly look after you and make your stay easy and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The basics to cook were present though quality was lacking and a small microwave would have been nice. Though the room looked great, the materials were a bit cheap so I would be concerned how the property will wear over the coming years considering it is currently only six weeks old and already showing some minor damage. The mattress was good enough so I would definitely return again if the price was discounted as it was. The location was convenient and the supermarket was across the street. Steps from Manila and Provenza. My only major gripe is that the property locks their door at night and twice I was locked out banging on the door for 15-20 minutes, yelling out, and calling the property for someone to let me in. Once, this occurred at 9pm and the second time it occurred around 12:30am. They need to find a solution or at least have a reliable person working the front desk.
