Breakfast was good. The menu was the same every day, but it worked well for us, and items were prepared fresh on the spot. The initial room was quite small and did not have a proper wardrobe to hang clothes. There was also noticeable outside noise. However, the staff were very helpful and changed our room, which was much better. The location is excellent close to the metro, many restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly, supportive, and able to communicate in basic English.

El hotel está bonito, la habitación que nos tocó se nos hizo algo pequeña, pero funcional para nuestra estancia; además tenía frigobar. El baño estaba muy amplio y tenía jabón, shampoo, acondicionador, jabón de manos, plancha, secadora y toallas. El desayuno se nos hizo completo y la atención es excelente.

what a beautiful hotel! we loved it, we felt very safe and everything around was so nice as well. They received us with a very warm greeting and they were super nice, will definitely stay once i come back to Medellín. The breakfast was a great way to save money and had various options. 10/10!

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent for breakfast. The room was amazing and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Definitely worth every penny. Room 601 is amazing. The shower water was hot and felt refreshing as well.

Desde recepcion , en el desayuno y personal de limpieza son muy amigables , la zona es muy segura y en los alrededores del hotel un sin fin de restaurantes para todo tipo de presupuesto. hay un supermercado a dos cuadras. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Alejandro que es el encargado del hotel me apoyo mucho asi como todo el staff
