The bed was comfortable, the room lighting was nice, the jacuzzi was super relaxing, the breakfast was good and the cafe in front is cute. The staff was really helpful. The location was really convenient for and the area is beautiful, lush with greenery.

Great place to stay if you don’t require to have a decent internet connection. It’s pretty much non functional. The breakfast is nice, rooms comfortable, nice friendly staff. 1 star was deducted for not having functional WiFi.

First impression of the room was outstanding. Very modern and excellent. But the let down was the room door security. Although it needed a little tab thing to unlock it and to enter, I discovered I can just sort of press the circle part of it to unlock it or just type numbers 1 to 9 to unlock it - serious security concern in my opinion, they offered us the room next door but the bed was not suitable. But overall was a great stay!

Great neighborhood!!!! The staff super nice but the internet did not work in our room. The water temperature could not stay hot as I believe they use solar energy!!!! I choose the hotel because of the neighborhood but there are better places in the neighborhood as I stayed in one much better before!!! For Laureles it was extremely noisy!!!

The street was nice, lush and quiet. Walkable to some restaurants. Breakfast was included and had good options. Uber and taxi were easy to take to locations around the city. The room was comfortable and the lobby provided a nice hang out spot. Staff was friendly.

Alba y Alexa del equipo de desayunos fueron muy amables. En general el hotel está en buenas condiciones y la ubicación es muy buena. CONTRAS: Reservamos hotel en vez de airbnb ya que llegábamos a media noche y queríamos el servicio de traslado aeropuerto-hotel para mayor seguridad. Nuestro vuelo se retrasó por 45 minutos, escribí por WhatsApp a “Recepción 24horas” para notificarlo y nunca leyeron ni respondieron mi mensaje. Al llegar al aeropuerto, no había ningún taxi esperándonos como me habían indicado, llamé 3 veces al hotel y no tuve respuesta. Era media noche y tuve que ver cómo trasladarnos al hotel. El aeropuerto queda a 50 minutos de la ciudad y por la hora, era difícil encontrar un taxi libre que quisiera llevarnos. Una hora después logramos que un Uber aceptara el viaje, sin embargo, era algo que quería evitar ya que al ser mi primera vez en Colombia, quería un transporte seguro organizado previamente con el hotel. Al llegar al hotel me dice el de recepción “Como se retrasó su vuelo el taxi se fue”. Quise evitar pelear en ese momento, pero por algo yo notifiqué vía WhatsApp con tiempo que mi vuelo iba atrasado. Si en verdad el taxi llegó y se fue, por parte del hotel no se preocuparon en mandarme otro taxi o incluso de contactarme para notificarme y ver una solución. Otro punto a mejorar: estuvimos alojados 5 noches y no cambiaron ropa de cama ni una sola vez. Las ventanas no aíslan bien el sonido de la calle y en las noches/madrugadas se oyen camiones etc.

Loved the location!!! Loved the staff. But loved Oscar at the little cafe. What a gentlemen. The staff is so warm and friendly!!! So helpful. So professional! Loved my premire penthoise suite!!! Felt likt home. Also loved the elite suite penthouse. Would definitely go back ASAP.
