The clean service was okay. They didn’t leave any extra towels and when we asked for some, the cleaning staff took them back with them. When checking out they wanted to charge extra money for services that we didn’t ask for. Took me almost half of hour to fixed the issue, and I didn’t even receive an apology. The only good thing about my stay was our server Carlos Hernandez, he was amazing.

I liked that the room was clean and the ocean view was a plus! I did not like the our room was not ready when we got there even tho it was way after check in time around 4:30 pm and took another 45minutes to an hour for our room to be ready. Also did not like the fact that we were told we could not can not drink when you are in the pool when other people were drinking in the pool before.Another thing is when we tried to have breakfast in the outdoor patio the pigeons eat our food before us, we went inside afterwards but the outside kitchen was still cooking even tho a bunch of pigeons were around the food it was very unsafe and unhealthy.

Staffs are helpful. But this hotel has issues with communication. It is a pseudo all inclusive, so set your expectation right. Buffet food is a ok quality. No dinning option for late night arrival.

This property and the staff unfortunately left the worst experience of a vacation. Being a hotel that should hold standards, they failed to recognize this gravity of this situation. My 90 year-old grandmother sat in a chair inside her room and the plastic broke and she weighs less than 100 pounds. No one apologized for this matter. No one. How did this happen? Who let this happen? It appears the hotel was more concerned about their cheap plastic chairs then a 90-year-old guest. Carlos, the concierge is perhaps the only light in this place. Thank you Carlos for everything. Staff provided some level of care to my grandmother. That was helpful, but again no one apologized for this matter. What a great birthday gift Viaggio to a 90-year-old. Thanks! And they promised her a cake but the extreme lack of communication is extensive. They failed on this issue as well.

We go back to the room at 1 it was undonde, we go back at 3 i was undone we go back at 5 bed was done dirty cups in the restriom towells in the furniture in the living (they was clean or they just folded it wort the priice per night?) We ask for a medium rare meat at the grill we just receive a medium cut at the oven if u like the meat u know thats a big issue

We stayed at Viaggio for 9 nights, in a Deluxe Double Room with Ocean View.The view was amazing! The resort is very lively with music playing all day-long and lots of families.The pools were busy and all the chairs were reserved, way before the pools opened. Impossible to find a chair.The hotel was very clean and smelled good I saw the janitors cleaning the floors regularly during our stay. The housekeeping lady was excellent. We didn't choose the all-inclusive option and don't regret it as there are many good restaurants at a walking distance of the hotel. Carlos, the concierge, booked a private Tequila Tour for us. It was one of our best days visiting El Quelite and La Noria. Viaggio is very well located and we felt very safe in that area at all times.
