The most non-inclusive all-inclusive we've been too.

Pros:
Room was clean
Quality of room service food was great
House keeping staff was friendly
Pools are heated
Close to shopping
Cons:
Included drinks are super weak or bottom, bottom shelf
Top shelf drinks (not included) are $7-$14 each
Found mystery hair in the bed upon arrival
No fitted sheets on mattress
No frig in room so no cold drinks or leftovers
You get your ice from a igloo cooler in the cafe downstairs
Toilet wouldn't flush on day 2
"Hot water" in shower takes 2 minutes to reach luke warm
Pool closes at 9pm (kicked us out at 8:53)
Buffet food is not made fresh on-site
All juices at buffet are from a bag
Food selection super limited (2 day rotation)
Out door seating was empty "You need a reservation"
Wife wanted a veggie wrap from the cafe. "Extra"
Wife wanted a piece of cheese in display case. "Extra"
Room service? Not included. "That's extra"
Band on the beach with snare drum, 2 trumpets, and tuba played for 5-6 hours per day on the beach.
Hotel next for played booming bass until 1:30am
Staff stated power washing pool deck at 6:30am T/W/Th
All in all, we had a good time. It's Mexico after all. But do yourself a favorite a avoid this sad excuse for a resort hotel. Many locals recommended Centro Historico which we will be visiting next time.
