The parking area is at the back of the hotel and has CCTV I took my usual security precautions as I would anyway but I was happy that the car was safe Shopping areas surrounding the hotel are very vast from local venders to big name shops, you can always take a taxi to the shopping centre near the Marina or down to the centre of Mazatlan where you will also find a indoor market!!

The room we stayed in was the worst one, water in the shower clogged never got fixed, the water in the shower was also cold just 1 o 2 days lukewarm, and no refrigerator which didn't advertised, all it said no pool no kitchen, the picture in the Ad. Don't look like the room we stayed in, false advertisement .

For the price was right but I had a few issues when I got there I tried parking in front of the hotel to check in and they didn't allow me to for some reason, no toilet paper in the room and didn't give us clean fresh towels for the next day😬
