Las Gavias Grand is a three-tower residential development located on the beachfront. The location was carefully selected to ensure a peaceful setting in the Cerritos area. If you have any questions or concerns, please send us a message and we’ll be happy to answer them.

This one-bedroom condo features a king-size bed and 1.5 bathrooms. It offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from the terrace, which is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with appliances, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, and a microwave (temporarily without a dishwasher). All dishes and kitchen utensils are provided, along with bedding and towels. It has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The condo was nice, but the chairs on patio were very uncomfortable! Also would have liked to access patio from living room but doors were locked. The doors to patio in bedroom were hard to open. The pool was lovely

Gran estancia para descansar

Departamento excelentemente equipado, muy cómodo, con gran vista al mar, facilidad para ir a cualquier parte. Todo lo disfrutamos, la TV con Netflix, la alberca, jacuzzi y gimnasio. Esperamos regresar pronto porque fue una agradable e increíble experiencia de estancia. Lo recomiendo 100% y agradezco la atenta atención al recibirnos y estar pendiente de nuestra estadía.
