no leeway by front desk staff. cant enjoy amenities 1 second before check in nor after. they wanna charge to use towel after check out as i was waiting for my flight. badically get out! will not bring manager to talk. they say they have no manager onsite which is BS. rooms are nice and ocean fromt great view but front desk staff sucks!

Amazing staff! Awesome place with beautiful view. However, the elevators are a disaster. Only two elevators for all the 19+ floors, and most of the time they will not close, or they are being fixed. With only 5 guests allowed at a time, you can expect to wait a long time to get to the bottom floor or to your room.

The hotel is descent with really nice scenery other than that we had horrible customer service, housekeeping needs to do a better job with the upkeep and cleaning the room. Upon arrival the room seemed like it had not been cleaned. The floor and kitchen counters were super dirty. I had to request for them to clean it again. There was an infestation of aunts that practically kept me from cooking in the room which mind you has a stove and refrigerator, there was aunts all over the place. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. I had higher expectations for a “resort”

70and older would like this spot

The check in states 3 pm. When 3 pm came along the rooms were not clean and we had to wait . Rooms had ac but hotel lobby and parts inside hotel did not so it was hot. There are 2 elevators and they are slow I think I passed my birthday waiting for one. The receptionist are rude and snobby .No restaurants inside hotel and nice pool but with 3000 rules. If you are wanting a fun place to stay please stay somewhere else. Mazatlán is a spot th relax have fun and enjoy not to be told by a security guard what you can’t do!

No parking was a total inconvenience, only 2 elevators for all including employees waited up to 25 minutes use elevators not enough tables and shade in pool area and no dining or bar open in hotel all 4 days i was there

Over priced No restaurant service. People were just eating and drinking in the pool disgusting. The Rooms had no Chairs it was just a bad Hotel staff were very Rude!! Charge for the towel that was stolen from my chair while in the Jacuzzi since there was vomit in the pool I hated this place! Will never stay there

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, le falta área d playa , no hay donde sentarse, playa muy sucia … no limpian, área común de alberca es pequeña, los cuartos bien muy amplios, solo faltan más espejos y sillas en balcones, no tienen mucha opción de comidas

It needs to be clear that “no view” means NO WINDOW. It was dark and clammy in the room because there was no fresh air. Also the 1 of 2 elevators was usually broken and one time two men got stuck and had to wait 30 minutes to be rescued. The hotel is fine - not a real lobby but the pool area is ok and hanging in the hot tub was fun. Decent coffee place about 10 min walk. Not many dining options. The room itself was fine but no window? I wouldn’t have booked if I had known that.

It has a very Nice ocean View as its Few meters from the sea. The room has enough to have a good stay and was clean. The building needs mantenance and elevators are messi, staff was not very friendly with my needs when needing extra towels and prepare extra bed at night.
