My overall impression was poor. The place needed much maintenance and painting, Mold in the bathrooms and one bedroom. I spent several mornings waiting for repairmen to fix water leaks, clothes washer and the hot water tank, I had no hot water for two days. A lot of noise from the people in the apartment above me. I had to complain to the owner. There were other problems but I have no more time.
