Located in a small hamlet, 5 km from La Réole and Sauveterre de Guyenne, in the heart of the Entre-deux-mers vineyards, this rural gîte features a terrace and an enclosed garden with a private lounge. On the ground floor, there is an entrance to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a lounge, two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a cot with a small bathroom (toilet and sink). There are insert fireplaces in the kitchen and living room.
