When it was over, I asked about my room type and whether I could get a different room the next day. Unfortunately, the room type information wasn't shown on the order, so I couldn't show it to the front desk staff. The girl told me I only booked a standard room and couldn't switch rooms for me.Later that night, I contacted the platform customer service again to confirm my room type, and they also helped me call the front desk to ask.It's just that the girl said even if we book a disability-accessible room, we might still get a regular room, and regular room guests might get a disability-accessible room.
