My wife and I had a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to Julissa, the housekeeping manager, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind in handling my wife’s needs. A special thank you as well to Martin Santos for keeping our room clean and so comfortable. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view, and it was so nice lounging by the pool and hot tub. Food was good too. Overall our stay at Resorts World Catskills was relaxing and enjoyable.

Could only find one restaurant in town! .Only 2 restaurants open on Monday and Tuesday nights in casino. Room very spacious and comfortable.
