Yes and yes I understand that check in is at 4pm We arrived at the desk at 3pm Most hotels will process you and if the room is available give you a key. Otherwise you have to return for the key Returning at 4 and starting the process with everybody else returning at 4 pm and having to wait on line is not an efficient way to run the front desk for checking in

The shower in our room was partly broken. The TV is positioned on a wall that makes it uncomfortable to watch from the bed. When we went to the pool, there were no staff members around and no towels available. We called the front desk to request some, but no one came even after more than half an hour. The tables near the pool were also dirty, with leftover food from the previous day. The pool itself was okay but a bit small. Additionally, we requested a late checkout because it was raining heavily outside, but we were told it would cost $50 per extra hour — no flexibility at all. Overall, we were not happy with our stay and are not sure we would return.

I went to the Awana Spa. It was a nice experience. The spa area was neat, clean, and quiet. I did see a few strands of hair in the steam room, so they may want to clean it every few hours after use. Other than that, the place is very well kept. The staff were polite and helpful. I'll go back for sure.

Spa was amazing. Room was nice. Maid only came by twice out of a 4 night stay. Front desk staff was nice. Poker room were good. Casino floor staff were nice, at least the ones that spoke English. Players Club staff were awful. Asked for a pen to sign a wedding card and was told no because guests don’t bring them back. Offered to buy a pen off her for $20. No again. Went to the gift shop, none for sale but the cashier said take as many as you need. Took one, tipped him 20 and that’s that.
