"It looks like its going to be a great stay upon arrival. It has the potential to be great. Check in was good, employees were helpful. However the room wasn't very clean. The pull out mattress had a visible stain on the sheets, finger prints all over the mirror, dirt all over the floor when you walk in and the plumbing situation was terrible. Slow draining tub and toilet. Pool was great, breakfast was terrible. The pancake machine was down, the juice machines pumped out water, cinnamon rolls were still frozen, no milk for cereal. We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip, and this one we paid the most for and 2 of the less expensive ones were better"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. Everything was very clean an neat. I love the lodge atmosphere. Walking through the halls does feel a little retro but not old and dated. The room was nice. We had a doulbe queen. I like the seperation so the kids had one half and parents had the other. The balcony overlooking the dlopes has nice. All in all we really ejoy staying here and continue our annual holiday."

"By our arrival the motel was empty, cold, no hot water. After an out they were able to heat water but the three rooms were tried stayed cold. They didn’t want to return our money until we called police. Then the manager arrived and said she returned the money to Expedia virtual card. I don’t see the money on my card yet "

"All the amenities you could want to have a comfortable stay. Laundry access, snack bar, hot tub, in room fridge and microwave, k-cup coffee machine. Lots of nice seating areas in lounge with gas fire places, bar right there, convenient gas fire pit seating area outside. Excellent all around. "

"I never post negative reviews but this experience was awful. The room was dirty and had a lingering musty smell. The lights did not work upon entering. The room had dirt throughout. There were hairs on the bed and a stray toilet brush in the elevator. I also didn’t realize there’s a federal prison right behind the hotel. Which did not set well with my small children. I will say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. The only positive was the front desk staff were very kind. Unfortunately, we will not be stay again. "
