Staff are very friendly. Room is clean, spacious (we had two queen bed room,) and the wooden wall and ceiling feel great. Good restaurant choices within several miles. This is always our first choice when skiing at Seven Springs. In heavy snow days, the road between the lodge and Seven Springs resort gets maintained very quickly and frequently so it was not a problem as long as one drives cautiously.

Room was clean and rustic as expected. Loved the fireplace, beer opener on the wall and jacuzzi tub. Loved the live animals in the gift shop. Staff at check in could provide more information about the animals (I only knew because I looked online) and could give WiFi password without me having to call later.

Very clean. Lovely natural cedar smell in the room that complimented the rustic mountain decor. There’s also a good deli and corner store right up the street that has fresh rotisserie chickens if they aren’t sold out. They are great deal and delicious.

Clean Rooms, Friendly staff, great location to the ski mountain. Beds were ok, shower had great pressure with HOT water. Thought they would have community Hot tub and I was wrong...only private in rooms which we did not have.
