Very rustic and well maintained with log cabin atmosphere and beautiful wood furniture, bed, and fixtures. We felt very comfortable and relaxed there for our romantic 15th anniversary! The hot tub was wonderful! Warm bathroom and room temperature well adjustable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this facility and enjoy greatly the next door “Living Treasures” animal park. It was amazingly good!

First room hadn't been cleaned. Second room was uncomfortably warm. They have a hot water boiler with a baseboard heater in the bathroom that runs 24x7. The AC could not keep up, even when the outside temp was 55 degrees. Summer must be miserable. The upsiide is that the hot water supply is instant and scorching hot. Even the cold water takes a bit to cool down.

Cute, but had ties stolen from out luggage

Cute place, but we had 2 expensive (Movado and Bulova) watches stolen from our suitcase. We had asked the desk for 2 extra towels. The dropped off the towels while we were out for dinner. We can only speculate that they were taken during that time.

We had a nice quiet stay! The room was clean and we would like to come back . It is a bit off the beaten path but the 2 mile drive was well worth it ! The staff was very helpful.
