The door to our room had been broken into at one time and did not close properly. You had to make sure you pulled it hard when you closed it as you left

This place is not well attended to. The a/c system in our room was in need of a new thermostat. The TV in the room would darken and lighten uncommanded. Hallways and elevator had a musty smell. Lots of things in common areas need to be updated. Lots of signs of a hotel sliding downhill.

The property looks nice until you get to your room. The rooms smelled like mold and had stains on the wall that looked like someone gave up painting. The shower did not drain and was dirty. The sheets were dirty almost as if they just redid the beds after the last guest before us. We had to change one of our rooms because there was hair in the beds and the sofa bed was full of trash. The staff was nice and so was breakfast but it didn’t make up for the poor condition of the hotel.

Not bad! Would Stay Again

The room was okay and the bathroom was spacious. We liked that it had a fridge and little “kitchen” area. The linens could have been a bit cleaner looking (stains) and the pillows on the bed are square - which was a bit hard to get used to. Overall though, the beds were still comfortable, the air conditioning good, and everything worked. I would stay again if in the area.

Only one staff the young man who worked overnight saturday was visible and helpful there was clean towels / washcloths There was an abundance of evidence that other guest was in the room we stayed in . Ex: ice bucket top was filthy ,finger prints and smears on the headboard , water rings on the end table and coffee tables showing that cups was sitting there , sofa cushions not set in place and 1 was unzipped , sticky pink glitter in the shower handles got on my hand but i realized it was someones body wash or something , toilet seat not clean And I was actually OK with all of that it is a hotel i took a hot wash cloth and wiped everthing down WE CAME on this Trip FOR A TOUR /ACTIVITY ONLY ONE NIGHT STAY but my disgust came when we came back from the activity and wanted to sleep and noticed dirty linen at first glance looks like a proper made bed until we went to get into the bed the tucked parts of the linen was filthy OF Course white stains im not talking stains im talking dirty so I sat in the desk chair and then layed down in my car until the sun came up and we left. In hindsight I should have complained but i was so overwhelmed once i noticed the bed and recollected when we arrived you could see piles of linen on the floor next to laundry machine behind check in counter so my faith that i woud get clean placements was slim. Maybe staff is overwhelmed or there is a poor performer or 2 . Comfort levels are personal for me I need a clean bed to rest most importantly.

Or stay at this hotel was our second time and it was an OK stay. Our TV didn’t work and it turned out to be the remote. We were given half dead batteries that didn’t work either and our Internet was out most of the time we were there. The breakfast was good and dining area was very clean. The workers there were helpful, but they did use a lot of four letter words that patrons could hear. This hotel is in the main shopping and dining area but if you plan to walk anywhere, there are no sidewalks and a lot of fast moving cars.
