La limpieza es muy desagradable —

La limpieza está desastrosa, las toallas están muy viejas y manchadas — las fundas y las cobijas estaban mal lavadas — fue una experiencia muy desagradable con mi familia — parece más un reservado para parejas — no debería catalogarlo como hotel —
