The condo was great, everything as advertised, and possibly the BEST king mattress we've ever had in any rental. Host John was excellent, extremely communicative with all necessary instructions prior to arrival, and property manager Steve was prompt in responses to the couple of questions we had about bicycle and beach chair rentals. Everyone on property was pleasant and helpful, bar was great, food on property was great, would highly recommend this rental to anyone interested in visiting the FLA KEYS!

When we got there, we had no hot water, the manager told me How to adjust the water heater and it worked fine. Kitchen cabinets, falling apart, dog food left from previous tenants. Carpet living room was dirty. We swept it up. Got the big pieces, management had someone come and vacuum. found sand and goldfish crackers in the bed between the sheets. The last straw was when the TV came on in the middle of the night, it was a computer screen with icons on it. And it looked like a mouse was Moving across the screen. Talk to manager because we were concerned we were being monitored, he said we were not. Not feeling safe there we left immediately. Four days before we were supposed to check out. Beware!

Fun place to stay in warm weather for a week.

Nice atmosphere. Walking distance to other great places. Enjoyed the pool bar and Karaoke.
