They only have three elevators which is about half as many as they need. We mostly took the stairs. My room was by the elevators and that's all you could hear all night going up and down. Also the room they gave me looks out to a cement wall, it would probably better not to have a window at all. My air conditioner broke and it was making noise all night and was leaking water all over the floor, I told them in the morning and then I didn't even offer a breakfast voucher or any sort of compensation. This place is old needs a major facelift. Would not recommend especially for the money that it cost to stay here.

The room was decent for the price we paid. There were no bugs and the room was 90% clean. The shower floor had some strings and hair on it. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as were the housekeeping crew. The first 2 days, the breakfast attendant was awful. Unfriendly, left multiple items unstocked, hid out in the kitchen on her phone. The first day we had to knock on the door 5X for items that were empty and buffet was a mess. She kept hiding the waffle iron spray in the cabinet?! Days 3&4 the gentleman was on the ball! Kept things stocked and everything wiped down, even tables. The bedroom area was SO dark. No overhead lights, only one bedside lamp and a small lamp on one of the desks. The desk chair was really worn and hard. The hassocks under the second desk were useless, too low and leg missing. The AC unit was really loud and made a horrible rattling noise which got twice as loud when the compressor turned on. The hotel's response was to move us. It would have taken us senior ladies 2 hours and a lot of work to pack everything up, move, and unpack/set up again! That's too much to ask. Room shouldn't have been rented. The handles on the under sink cabinet doors are on the floor instead at the top of the doors so they can be opened easily. A larger trash can should be available instead of the tiny one just inside the bedroom area as it doubles for the kitchen trash. There were no bathroom drawers, only slide out plates so they were useless.
Batter trays were such a mess the first 2 days. Your cup bottom would get nasty trying to get the batter. We had to knock on kitchen door 5 times on the 15th to ask for coffee, orange juice, cheese, release spray (which she kept hiding)
Dec 15 &16. This was just a small example of the counter messes. Toast crumbs, bagel seeds, egg droppings, shredded cheese, cereal all over counters, tables and floors. The 17th & 18th, the gentleman was on the ball, keeping things clean and stocked

The entire facility is clean. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and Tiki bar during our stay. The room service food was also very good. I’d definitely stay here again.
