Great service and staff friendliness. Amenities is great with daily bottled water and 3-in-1 coffee. One thing to suggest is bath towels to use with the daily shower gel. Had to be creative to use this. Lastly, airport transfer could have been less pricey, as its 3x more compared with Grab or JoyCar.

Room was nice, clean, and spacious. Room had a big fridge, microwave, percolator, safe, and 42-inch Smart TV. Staff was nice and friendly from the time we checked in until we checked out. Breakfast was buffet style and had a pretty big selection. Hotel itself is nice, but the location isn't as great. Malls are a little far for walking, but Alabang Town Center is a five minute taxi ride away while Alabang Festival Mall is around fifteen minutes. 7-11 is walking distance if you need snacks, drinks, and a few amenities.
