Pool was run-down, room much smaller than advertised, and children could go into hot tub without issue on Friday November 21st, but the next morning children could not go in, which is confusing because there is nothing that children could do that would make the hot tub worse. The pool staff were unfriendly to say the least. The only saving grace were the front desk staff - they were lovely.
