Air conditioner is not working. I called and was told it’s written in the contract. To be honest, it need to be marked clearly on the online booking websites, instead of in some kind of 10-page long contract. Feels like some kind of fraud.

We stayed just one night in the Family Penthouse. It was not aluxurious apartment, but very spacious with everything that you might need. was huge. I liked the spacious terrace and the hammock. The pool area and gazebo are very pretty.

A surprisingly very uncomfortable visit. Parking area still in construction. Small rooms, attached to each other -- walls are thin, can hear everything that's happening next door/outside; A/C was not releasing cool air, even at the lowest degree (62); coaxial cable connected to TV did not provide channels; ceiling fan did not work (light nor oscillating fan); toilet was spilling out water; pillow and bed sheets were stained. Thank you, but never again.

Sh!thole, don’t stay here

I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. They provide absolutely no room service. I used the same sheets and towels for 7 days. I bring the trash outside by myself. Other guests are partying in the pool area with a loud music till 2am and the walls are so thin that noise was unbearable. Seems like this place is a party house for local folks. If you are looking for a nice pleasant place to relax, don’t stay here. Also no food or drink available on site. Mosquitos and cockroaches are abundant inside the room. I got bitten so much that I had to go to a wallgreen to buy a bug spray

Don’t hesitate, go for it.

This property was exactly as described and a great location and value. We were delighted with our stay. Well appointed unit. I wish for this wherever I stay…a luggage rack would be preferred over kitschy decor.

There was nothing to like. I hated everything. Sleeplessness night do to a running toilet and drunk noisy people next door. Hard to find no lights and a very small sign. No service had to call for everything and had to wait until the next day.

The property was well equipped with lounges, hammocks, grills, etc. Although the staff was very accommodating, the check in process was a nightmare since they are not on site to resolve issues personally.

We did not receive the access code to be to enter property. It look like an unsafe area, with no space around the property in a very busy neighborhood. We left after waiting for 2 hour for the code we never received.
