Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. We love the Austria Hof Lodge! The location is great, so close to Canyon Lodge. We parked our car and didn't drive all weekend. The bar and restaurant have a nice selection. Our dinner was delicious. Our room was really clean and everything we needed for a quick get away. We'll definitely stay here again.

This property is very convenient to the mountain. We had a room on the first floor. We appreciated the "comfort" height toilet and the updated shower. The staff was excellent. There were stairs to gain entrance to the first floor and there were sturdy handrail. My hubby and I were able to navigate them. Thank you. Great stay!

We stayed in late spring. No AC. I’m pretty sure everyone else was comfortable, but for some reason, our room (105) was a kazillion degrees. Far more warm than the hallway, even. That said, the room was nice. If you’re skiing, you could not be closer to the chairlift.
