The Space:
Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly condo designed for relaxing between mountain adventures. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace (with wood provided), a TV, and a sofa that converts to a sleeper for two. A handy mudroom area by the entrance lets you hang coats and gear after a day outside, and the deck offers fresh air and neighborhood views.
The full kitchen is stocked with the basics for simple meals and snacks, including a drip coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, blender, and pots and pans. Enjoy casual breakfasts before hitting the slopes or trails.
As part of the Horizons 4 community, you’ll have year-round access to the hot tub, sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities. In summer, the pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations open for warm-weather fun (amenities managed by the HOA; availability may vary). Unassigned parking for two vehicles is available in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis, with parking passes found inside the unit.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Unassigned parking for two vehicles is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be inside the unit.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• Wi-Fi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Communal amenities: The hot tub, sauna, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year-round. The pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are summer-season only. All communal amenities are managed by the HOA and availability may vary.
• Shuttle: A nearby Green Line shuttle stop provides access to Eagle Lodge and The Village (seasonal routes and schedules may vary).
• Pet policy: No pets are allowed per HOA rules.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
