The building, the service, the decoration, the food, everything was perfect. Very very very nice Hotel. Became quickly my number one Hotel to stay in Madrid.

One of the best 5 star hotels in my opinion, perfect location, excellent service, and great amenities! Especially impressed by the outstanding communication skills of the staff and overall efficiency and effectiveness of responses to requests. We also enjoyed the Michelin star restaurant - Deessa a lot!
