The hotel is located in a great area, easy to walk to most tourist sites; lots of shopping and food near by. Breakfast is very basic for the price they charge so its not a good value. The main issue with this property is how old everything is. I've stayed a couple times and the rooms are very outdated. Beds are very comfortable.

Had a terrible customer service experience here. Checked in to the room in the morning and already realized the hair dryer is broken. I immediately brought the attention to the front desk and they gave me the spare. Later on that night, my girlfriend was trying to use it after she showered, even the spare one didnt work. I brought it down to the front desk and they said they will bring me another one. 30 minutes passed in the room, there was no response no phone call for any updates. I had to go down to the front desk again to which they told me that theres nothing they can do and i have to wait until the morning. No call, no knock on the door, no apologies while my girlfriend’s hair is still wet. A hotel with 3 stars has worse customer service than a motel that costs less.

Amazing location and welcoming staff

An amazing location with very helpful, welcoming staff. The beds are very comfy although rooms are a little on the smaller side. Hotel is great overall but will begin to look dated soon. I like that the room received daily servicing - just would have been nice if they’d replenish tea bags!
