Clean space. There's no on-site staff but the daily cleaning crew was helpful and the remote staff is responsive. It was easy to get in/out of the building. The location is perfect! It's walking distance to so many great attractions. Even with lots of crowds outside the building, you cannot hear from the room.

The air conditioning went out and was not fixed when asked, nobody came to clean the room, and we couldn’t get any extra towels, we only had two towels the whole time. It was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom door also did not lock. The location is great though :)

It’s not just the place, it’s the people working in there as well. They’re such kind hearted beings that will go above and beyond for their guests. They made me feel like I was at home. The property itself is beautiful and have a beautiful terrace with breathtaking views. I will definitely come back and stay here again!
