Awesome hotel if you need to be close to Madrid airport. The hotel shuttle is very easy to find (at Arrivals, follow the signs for hotel bus. Walk straight past the taxis then turn left) There is a supermarket, a couple of restaurants and a Burger King very close to the hotel. We opted to eat at the hotel and the food and service was great. Very friendly staff and very spacious and quiet rooms.

Booked the hotel because I stayed in other Innside hotels in Spain. On Expedia I looked for airport shuttle. This hotel said it had a shuttle. When I checked into the hotel I asked to get on the 530am shuttle to terminal 2. That is when I was told their shuttle only goes to terminal 4. I had to take a taxi to the airport. No where in the description of the hotel and shuttle on Expedia that they only go to terminal 4. Expedia needs to update their site to warn people about the shuttle.
