The check in process was not smooth at all. The main door was open and had problems closing. My apt was next to the door and also was unlocked upon arrival. I had to call the virtual assistant in an attempt to remedy the door closure situation. The said the main door was broken and would take some time to fix. However, it seems once the main door was opened it took some minutes later to be locked and you could hear the lock trying to adjust itself. My door just wouldn’t lock as I could just simply push it open from the outside. Eventually it was locked. I eventually went inside and checked the mattresses for bed bugs. The mattress cover was filthy with yellow stains and some brown crusted material. I took a video of all this. The left that night/morning and sent a message and these issues were not addressed not even an acknowledgment of my departure. A partial refund would be appropriate in this regard at the very least
