This loft is an excellent base for exploring Madrid while offering a stylish and cozy place to relax at the end of the day.

The accommodations are a first-floor apartment with direct access from the street. Due to the property’s central location, you may hear some outside noise during your stay.

It is spread over two levels, connected by a metal spiral staircase. Please note that the staircase is steep and does not have a handrail, so we recommend using it with caution.

The property has a decibel detector.

Room layout:
1. Room with a double bed.
2. Double bed on the first floor.
2. Sofa bed.

The total area of the property is 86 m²

The accommodations are equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- One cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Two rolls of toilet paper
- One roll of paper towels
Additional guests after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
