The area is quiet but is not really near to any Metro stations. There is no form of casual seating in this place. Only table and chairs. There is no kettle provided to boil water. The host suggested using the microwave or boiling a saucepan!! Most of the walls are stained black at the bottom giving a rather grubby impression, and the back of the front door is filthy. The windows at the front of the property are covered with opaque sheeting limiting the amount of natural light giving the place a rather gloomy feeling. The main upstairs bedroom is a good size but rather dark. The en suite bathroom is very clean and spacious and the hot water worked very well. We had to move the bed because something rolled underneath, and underneath the bed was filthy. The downstairs area is extremely cramped and access is very limited, and there is absolutely no where to hang clothes or store things. The 2 adults that were due to stay downstairs here spent only one night here and then checked out.
