Paoli Den is the fully refinished lower flat of this peaceful and clean vacation rental in the heart of Verona with a major bike path right in the backyard! This space offers a full kitchen, comfortable dining space, two queen bedrooms and a bonus space that sleeps one person. Please note that the bonus space is a comfy day bed but does not offer privacy as it is a shared space. Minutes from EPIC and highly walkable. The expansive yard offers a fire-pit area, yard games, outdoor dining and grill for guests. We provide all necessities for a relaxing stay including multiple options for coffee and tea lovers. We aim to provide a five-star experience for all guests who choose our space! Please note! This is the lower flat of a three-flat home.

A very cute and small space that has a home feel to it. As a gal that’s sensitive to a lot of strong smells. I especially loved that it had a fresh clean smell with no scent plug ins. Very clean, very comfortable. Very safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Lovely appointed basement apartment. In person view better than pictures. Very nice to include snacks, all soaps for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. We could hear people above us, but didn’t bother us. Great large backyard to play ball in with our pup. Walking trail right off the property. Close to bars, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Management very responsive and accommodating.

Overall a fantastic stay! I’d say only things brought up was the upstairs tenant blocked the path to the basement unit a few times, but not enough to be impassable. Only other thing mentioned is it seemed the basement unit didn’t have a thermostat so could feel chilly. Overall though a great property and owners and will look to stay again for next years tournament!

Staying here at Paoli Den was enjoyable. The hosts were very attentive to my needs and always quick to respond to any questions or comments I had. The full kitchen was really nice and well equipped. The welcoming snacks were a nice touch.

Everything was very nice, clean, the extra amenities for little ones and adults that may have been forgotten or just to make rainy days a little better were great. My only complaint is that I didn’t realize it was just a renovated basement, no windows and a little on the chilly side but that could’ve been my own fault for not reading between the lines of lower flat. All around it was a nice stay.

Quick weekend trip

Cute and clean lower level apartment that had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and added personal touches to make us feel welcomed. There are some stairs to navigate and other tenants in the building, but we had no problems.
