There was no one at the front desk to check us in for more than 5 minutes, the hallways were dirty with garbage on the floor and they smelled of marijuana. Because the hall smelled, so did our room.

Drug deals going on in the parking lot. Constantly had people lingering by the entrance. Inside smelled terrible!!! WE LEFT AT MIDNIGHT; WE WERE TOO DISGUSTED AT THE PLACE TO SLEEP THERE!

Killed 5 roaches in the room they gave me didn’t have a bathroom door shower water was super cold tv remote don’t work trash everywhere. Lots of homeless ppl hanging around lot of police activity lots of crackheads and prostitutes building is infested. This motel will never get another dime from me again.

Only good thing about this hotel is the air conditioning. They don’t take cash. The staff are rude. Only the night staff are nice but they’re barely around. Room was filthy and when I requested a refund they denied me. I got an upgraded room. But not much of an upgrade when I hear dogs in every single room barking and howling through the night. Checked out 6 hours early. Couldn’t stay another night

Let’s be honest, this motel is mostly people that rent long term or get enough money off the street for a place to stay. I don’t think of it as unsafe, I’ve stayed multiple times with my family since it’s a very cheap option in Madison. The property is not good, but that staff does what they can with what they have.

There was trash scattered outside the building and inside the building, almost positive there was literal pimp/prostitution happening by the front doors, the bathtub was dirty and not maintained at all, and there were roaches.
