My room was decent, nobody bothered me, I felt safe. The virtual check-in was a breeze, and I liked the real keys. Digital keys can be hacked. The property is dated but there were no bugs that I saw, so clean. My only negative comment is the condition of the "parking lot".

Clean room and very quiet. Air conditioning was cold. Ample parking. Note: if 2 people in a room, front desk requires ID for BOTH occupants at check in.

Room was very clean and nice. Outdated but was much better than I expected after seeing the exterior. Check in was horrible. No one at desk. Kept calling phone numbers and went to voice mail. Finally after 3 calls someone called us back and gave us a lock box number for a key. It took about 20 minutes of waiting before someone called back.

The room wasn’t very clean. Floor especially—toenail clippings and crumbs. Shower had hairs on walls. Bed was clean and comfortable. Parking lot is in bad need of repair. Seemed to be in a decently safe location but lighting was dim inside and outside and didn’t promote a sense of safety.

Parking lot is super rough, ac/heater work but lil noisy. They do require a $50 deposit which 2 days later never gotten back. I did pay for 2 nights an left the next day for a different hotel. If you have more than one person make sure they are with you otherwise they wont give you the room.its cheap an basic, but spend the extra $20 an no deposit for the super8 afew blocks away. Wayy nicer an you get free breakfest.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and my room was clean. Parking is easy but there’s two floors without an elevator so call ahead if you need to be on the first floor. Donna, who checked me in was so very friendly and welcoming. Great stay overall!
