My room smelled like someone had been smoking in it and then the smell was masked. It was a terrible odor. The room did not appear to be very clean. Mold in shower. It looked like mold on bathroom ceiling was just painted over. The floor appeared dirty with particles on floor. Very expensive room for the quality. The blinds were broken.

Pay for WiFi unless you sign up for Wyndom Rewards. Beds, bedding clean and comfortable. Pillows rock hard. Very noisy Fan. Quiet location a plus. Breakfast, the usual. Bathtub gross. Towels brand new!

Our room was updated, no carpet, which is great. Good mattress and pillows, all very clean. While we didn't use the pool, it looked clean and we definitely would have used it had we brought swimsuits. The area around the hotel was great. Close to the interstate, shopping and restaurants. My only complaint was our hallway did not smell good. Perhaps the carpet needs cleaning or replacing.

The handicapped parking is located too far from the entrance. I have a lung disease which makes long walks difficult. Luckily I was able to park across from the entrance. This is something you should consider. Thank you

The Fridge in my room was not working prior to my checking in & was already starting to smell a bit & had to make sure the door stayed closed. The Gym did not have a bench to use for weights. Staff was ok, but at times just seemed like they didn’t want to take time to listen at times.
