Overall excellent with evening beverages, and breakfast included. Convenient parking and amazing location with lake view. Live music nightly in the lounge was an added bonus.
The location of this hotel is unbeatable. You are within an easy walking distance to the capital, the square, etc., but you don’t need to worry about parking. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious.
Very charming and homey place to stay. They have live music in the bar below— it stops at 9 so doesn’t interrupt sleep. Breakfast of eggs, potatoes, bacon in the morning is great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location.
This was more than a hotel, it was an experience! Beautiful rooms, hallways and lobby. The staff was very helpful and kind. I’ve stayed in many hotels in and around Madison, The Hotel Ruby Marie is the only one I will be returning to.
Cozy little gem in an awesome location! Delicious breakfast served in an idyllic cafe on the first floor with views of the lake. Warm little pub nearby! Friendly accommodating staff. Will definitely come back.
Central location and walkable to restaurants and bars. Historic building offers unique rooms which elevates the hotel experience. Street noise can be a factor but worth being so close to everything. There is a surface parking lot just behind the building which is very convenient and is complimentary.
Its a quiet cozy place great staff and great breakfast. Would reccomend for sure. Jas an elevator to get to rooms easily. Its very dated in decor but it was built in 1873 or at least thats when it was first licensed as a hotel. Very beautiful historic building
