If you advertise as being an airport shuttle hotel, put the hours that the shuttle is available on the website so that people aren't stuck taking a cab instead because of an early morning flight.

Great location! I arrived at 12 a.m. from the airport. There was a person at the front desk. He was very polite and gave me my room very quickly. It was a lovely room with a beautiful view. It was quiet and a nice bed and bathroom.

Hotel could use a good cleaning and updating. Rooms were great though. Our first room as on the same floor with a college baseball team. We asked to be moved and the desk attendant obliged by moving us up 2 floors. It was quiet and safe and near the airport. Would recommend.

Staff at check in ; excellent service even though she was alone checking in so many people! Breakfast; best continental breakfast ever and the service lady was very helpful and courteous, kept the place clean and tidy. Room; clean and the bathrooms had a vent!
