Very welcoming staff let us check in early. Our room was very clean and spacious with an actual closet and Dove toiletries. Pool and hot tub were not crowded and at a relaxing temperature. When we came back late last night the front desk were there welcoming people and there if we needed anything. The breakfast was included and covered a wide variety with many choices. Coffee was fresh and made to order, dunking area was clean and pleasant.

Location was good. I don’t know how this hotel has 4.6 stars. We had a suite and the only thing that was clean was the bedsheets. The walls need to be repainted. The drywall needs to be fixed and the ceilings need to be painted as well. There were splatter stains everywhere.

Staff was amazing and helpful. I had to make an emergency booking because my original spot was deplorable. Front desk helped calm me down and bring some peace. They really treated me with humanity. Rooms were great and the shared areas were clean. Will return or book at holiday in the future.
