Room was spacious with a full kitchen and full-size fridge. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and we enjoyed our two-night stay. Plenty of dining options in the area and a fairly quick drive to UW. The pool and hot tub looked nice, but we didn't use these. The breakfast was average; did have eggs and waffles, so no real complaints. We would stay again when in the area.

Room was fairly clean. Had to run the hot water for 10 minutes to get it warm for the initial shower of the day. Stayed 2 nights, was not told that room would not be serviced unless it was 3 day stay. Standard breakfast was okay. Staff was very indifferent, unfriendly, and overall not welcoming. Would never stay at this property again.

Very nice staff always was someone there and very helpful. Very easy parking for a dooley truck. Rooms were amazing sizes lots of room for having to be there for 10 days, I wish had cleaner everyday but i get it that hard to find staff but thankful that we were aloud to get more towels/sheets from the front desk whenever. We had an amazing stay and looking forward to booking here again next year!!

Always ok to stay here.

The shower head is half functional. Needs replacing. The carpet is torn. Breakfast was always great and available a touch early! Much appreciated. Rooms were just ok on quietness. Could always hear the people above and the snoring next door. So not perfect but I’ll stay again scenario.

Reasonable

In the main it was a good stay with clean and adequate facilities. It is dog friendly & relatively quiet though we could hear the alarm in the room nextdoor as if it were ours. There are several restaurants and parks within walking distance and you can rent a bike and access the wonderful trail system. Negatives: gambling machines in lobby, spotty hot water, terrible coffee, meh breakfast, unwelcoming check-in person.

Meh, OK, Not Great, and a Bit Overpriced

The room was fine, although not worth what we paid, in my opinion, and some electrical sockets didn't seem to work. They sure didn't spend much of what we paid them on air conditioning for the hot common areas or for breakfast -- this place had the most modest (skimpy) breakfast buffet I have ever seen. For instance, one container of coffee -- no decaf -- and small cups, maybe so we wouldn't take too much? Some guy was wandering around the room talking loudly on his phone, and I found out he was their staff member in charge of breakfast when he started wandering to each table to tell us he was closing soon and we'd need to finish up soon. Speaking of staff, check-in was also the longest check-in I think I've ever had. Altogether not a terribly place or stay, but not very professional and definitely overpriced.

There wasn't anything we didnt like...everything was great!! The greatest bed & bedding are top of the list!! It is our new go to in madison. Its walking distant to Thirsty Goat restaurant & bar...fun kareoke late Saturday nights!
