Our room and the hotel was clean and customer service was excellent. We especially loved the pool area for my two kids (ages 4 and 10) and loved that it had a shallow play area. I was also pleasantly surprised that the hot tub was hot and spacious as well. The two downsides to our stay was the bed which was hard as well as the breakfast. For the breakfast, the selection was very limited. There were toast, bagels, oatmeal, waffles and a few hot options (sausage, eggs and potatoes) that all looked tasteless.

The temperature control of the unit was very loud and also hard to maintain a temperature. The HVAC fan was strong and couldn't be lowered. The wall temperature unit controlled the separate fan next to the window. But the good things were the breakfast and the pool.

The pillows were amazing! The bed was okay! The breakfast was tasty and it wasn’t the same everyday. The people were friendly and helpful! The hot tub is huge and nice and hot! It helped melt away the winter aches. There are lots of good shops nearby. We had fun!

I was treated terribly by a staff member. I was devastated to hear how she talked to me and how she was so not welcoming of me and my family. She very much made me feel so bad that I had to try to compose myself in front of my grandchildren. I have been at the same hotel several times but never treated like that. She lied to me and made me wait for a room as long as she could just to prove who had control. Devastating.

The front dest staff were exceptional, always a smiling face and a welcoming greeting. The room was clean and comfortable. I am confused about the billing. I was charged, but also credited for more than the charge of the room.
