The sheer curtains were pulled away from the wall. The room was quite clean butcould tell there were areas at the outside of the walk in.shower that were old and needed work. The gentle man who.worked the desk in the morning was good and pleasant The woman the night before was bordering on rude. Said she couldn't match Expedia price (cyber Monday). She said." I know nothing of those.sites" I ended just booking it through Expedia . She was put out. There was no.microwave in the king.room. She

Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, informative. Room was immaculate, spacious, well appointed. The heat worked properly and kept our room at the desired temperature. Breakfast was above average with hot choices, waffles and even hot oatmeal.

It took us almost 3 hours to get in. Room was paid for ahead of time. They wanted another card as well and mine was not working due to suspected fraud. Probably due to trying to.use it so far from.home. I offered to pay by cash ir venmo and was told no. I asked if the person who payed for the room could send a fax or video or text or something with his I D and card but was told no.My son was terrified as we almost hadto sleep in our car. I went and bout a vanilla visa card and finally that worked. This was all for a 20 dollar deposit. Butwe finally got in our room at 10:40 pm. Then it was cold and we were going to turn the heat on but the knobs were missing. I texted the front desk as i was told to do if i needed anything but no one ever got back to me. Other than that the room was ok and clean.
