Nice staff and an okay stay, unfortunately I started two nights and was woken in the middle of the night each time by people arguing in the hall and the "no smoking signs" are apparently just for show.

Staff was great, very helpful, and room was comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast. The bar is not open, but they do sell drinks from the front desk. Overall a good stay.

There should be an area designated for dogs to use the bathroom and not by the entrance ways. Pet owners should also be made to clean up after their pets. The downstairs hallway on the back side of the hotel reeked of animal urine. The front desk day person was rude when we inquired about an available meeting room. Other than those couple of issues the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was kept clean and stocked. The pool area was cleaned and towels were stocked.

Yeah, by this morning it was finally gone. * in as much as I liked the place, there were several points where they seem to be short staffed. * there was, for instance, only one staff person at the front desk working (for sure the night shift), and maybe parts of the day shift - where that person worked a 12 hr. shift. ** no pop in any of the choices in the pop machine ** the pool table took your money (multiple times), but wouldn't let the balls fall down. ** the sauna door didn’t have a handle on it - probably that meant that it was no longer operable. ** no good channels on the TV ** funny, supper corroded and rusted fire suppression sprinkler units * GOOD THINGS: ** the free breakfast was good ** the pool and the whirlpool were good ** the room was large, clean, convenient furnishings, nice king size bed, nice pillows ** great hot water in the shower ** nice layout in the room ** great asymmetrical art in the room ** very large building configured in a square shape with the center of it open (for the pool area and the outdoors inner courtyard) ** 30-40 rooms had sliding doors (on the first floor level), or windows looking the same (on the second floor), that all faced into this pool and courtyard space.
