The water in shower did not drain as we bathed. I couldn't lift the plug. It just trickled out. The tub was the highest off the floor I have ever seen. Yet there was no safety handles. I told the check-in clerk that my husband was disabled and had mobility issues. So I was very surprised he didn't discuss the bathroom situation with me. It was very dangerous for my husband. Then in the morning, when we were ready to leave, there was no one in the office. In fact the front door was locked. We were parked at the front and took our stuff out to the car and then planned to have breakfast and check out. Good thing we hadn't turned in our key card and could access the hotel by the side door. In addition, the TV remote was entirely new to me, and there was nothing in the room that gave us instructions on how to use it. The one very good thing about our stay was the bed. It was very comfortable. Too bad all the rest left a bad taste in our mouth.

I booked a two-night stay through Expedia, but the hotel treated it as two separate one-night reservations. This meant I was required to check in and out each day instead of simply staying in the same room. At 11 a.m., housekeeping came in insisting that I check out. I explained that I had booked two nights, but they didn’t understand. Shortly after, the front desk called and told me the same thing—that I had two single-night bookings instead of one continuous two-night stay. Because of this frustrating experience, I chose not to stay the second day and will not be staying at a Wyndham property again.
