The balcony off our room and being right on the beach was wonderful. The room was very clean. All the electrical outlets in our room did not work so we had no working fridge, microwave or coffee maker.

Fantastic Fourth of July stay! Trish, Tamara, and Samantha were so warm, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel right at home. The room was beautifully updated, spotless, and had an incredible balcony view. Watching the fireworks from our balcony was unforgettable and easily the highlight of our trip. Great location, excellent amenities, and the beach fire pits were the perfect way to relax in the evening. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Beach room was amazing, clean rooms,green to balcony was damaged, let a few bugs in,but didnt bother us,bed mattresses need upgrades, felt like I was in a bed at my grandma's cottage in the 70's,but really was the only downfall,all in all,I'd stay there again

Mostly clean and nice to stay in, but beds were stiff and the shower was marked wrong (hot was cold and cold was hot) and the temperature would randomly change from freezing to burning hot

Room was filthy. Floors dirty. Shower handle falls off. Common areas have trash and dirt all over. Beach in front of hotel is littered with trash. Beds are cheap and hard, slept terrible. Good location and the idea of it was good, poorly executed. Water park and pool were closed too.

Being blunt...don't stay here. Rooms smell of mildew, the shower rod is too rusted for the curtain to slide on it, there is a dehumidifier in the room but it is broken, the fire alarm is missing, etc. Plus this is not a waterpark, yes ther is a pool, but that's it, nothing else. I spend over 50 nights a year in hotels, this is the worst in years

The room smelled like bleach when we entered but looking around you could quickly see dirty floors, dusty baseboards and a ripped screen door. Several wall outlets were broken - the plugs would fall out when you tried to plug anything in. Overall the property feels run down and barely clean. Definitely would not recommend.

We stayed in a renovated lake side room for one night. It was a beautiful view of Lake Huron. The exterior of the hotel was in need of paint and repairs in spots. It was loud and there were dogs barking in the room next door (not the hotels fault but still a bit annoying). We did not go to the pool or waterpark, however the waterpark appeared to be under construction. The ice machine on our floor did not work and there was no elevator. It is what it is - okay for a night but wouldn’t stay longer than that.
