The staff was impeccable, everyone had smiles and genuinely very helpful. The room was spacious, spotless and very welcoming. The blackout curtains were especially nice. Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. Location was great. We would like to stay there again.

Located right at the Sheppler Dock. Hotel staff grabbed our bags. Double queen room, very modern and clean. Our deck overlooked the ferry dock and is conveniently located on Main Street. Built in 8a alarm with the arrival and departure of the first ferry each morning. Loved Winchester's for afternoon cocktails and appetizers. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely perfect!

We are celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. I contacted Bicycle Inn to see about transportation to the Grand Hotel. I received a phone call from them assuring us that we would be able to arrange for a taxi there. When we arrived to our room, a package and a thoughtful card was waiting for us. It congratulated us on our anniversary and wished us many more. Our stay here has been wonderful. From the front desk to the porter to the hospitality ladies, everyone is delightful.we highly recommend Bicycle Inn to travelers

The shower seemed a bit unsafe, for seniors, without any type of grab bars. Showerhead also leaked causing water to leak on to the floor. The food at the Winchester was mediocre at best and severely overpriced. The morning breakfast in the room was good. A list of local restaurants would be nice. Island supplied maps some what inaccurate as to distances. Very convenient to docks. Leilani was a great source of information and very helpful. QUIET!!!
