Upon arrival, the individual serving us seemed distant and bothered by having to serve us, took forever, took my CC and her mannerism was very off causing my wife and I to feel uneasy with her having our CC informed. We noticed our white socks turned dirty within minutes after walking around our room floors, same happened next night. Elevator went out of service after our first use, and we had to use the stairs; not normally an issue, but i'm disabled.They dont have anyone who can assist... enough said. Asked for face towels and was given (floor mat) towels. The reason was, "We're a basic service hotel and we just dont have things like that". Really? Your dailybstay rate is not that much from other local hotels, and you cant afford face towels? I didn't ask for the excuse for why the floors were dingy dirty. Never will stay there again, and know what? They won't care because the welcome represented it.
