The only bad taste was the breakfast lady.er.woman. She literally took a plate from my hand and said we dont allow cover plates. She first informed me i had too many plates when i was taking one for my wife. The rest of the stay was very nice.

The staff was great! However, I ended up being in a room infested with disgusting bed bug. I could not figure out why I was itching from day one. until I noticed a few bugs. one of which I caught and delivered to hotel front desk. I departed today with over 20 bites...from my feet to my head... disgusting and sickening.

Room was ok but outdated. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but I know the weekend was the busiest of the year. Staff was polite courteous and helpful. Exercise room needs a major overhaul. It barely had any dumbbells.

Our stay at the hotel was average overall. The lobby was very clean and welcoming, which gave a great first impression. The gym and laundry services were both excellent — well-maintained and convenient to use. However, the room itself could have been cleaner, and housekeeping wasn’t particularly friendly or attentive during our stay. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely could use improvement in that area. Overall, not a bad experience, but there’s room for improvement, especially in cleanliness and customer service.
