For the price, it was sufficient for the one night we needed to stay for the area. I would expect this hotel to be under $90 a night from where I’m from so the $158 a night was steep for the accommodation, but understandable in the city it was in. The rooms were adequate. The pillows are terrible. They have the tiny pieces of foam in them and go completely flat and lumpy. The shower was very small but did the job. The continental breakfast was the normal cereal, bagels, muffins, or eggs and very soggy sausage.

Breakfast was good but coffee kept running out. Check in was suppose to be at 3. Didn't get into room until 5. Couldn't switch reservation from king bed to 2 queens because I got it thru expedia. My plan changed and I had my 2 grandsons with me. It was hard to sleep.

Room had cracked lampshades, blood stains and hair/dirt on the bedding sheets/blankets. Dirt/dust on the floors and molding. Rust and pink scum on bathroom floor / tub. We will not stay again. But hope to get a good nights sleep and the staff at front desk are nice.

We have stayed here before and it meets our needs. Our particular room however on this visit has a very slow draining sink and a lot of dust in heater. We needed to switch from Ac to heat as the room was freezing cold on entry. We got the smell of burning hair or dust which made the room unpleasant for several hours. We simply turned to unit off

During our stay they were having issues with the key card device. The staff had to walk every customer to their rooms. Despite the challenge the staff remained cordial and helpful. Even at check out they found a mistake with my billing and corrected on the spot. Bottom line, phenomenal customer service! Well done.
