Room was good, but it seemed staff had their children at work with them running around the lobby and the breakfast was sub-par. Other than that, the rooms were clean and the shower was hot :) Nice ameneties.

We were placed in a room that should have been taken out for service. There was a missing faucet, shower curtain blood/dried pee all over the foldout mattress cover for the couch bed. When we questioned our accommodations they offered smaller space but we had to argue the price difference to get any refund. We reluctantly accepted even though we paid for a 1 bedroom suite-we moved to a standard room. Our stay was unacceptable and extremely short of the Hilton brand both in accommodations and service. I’ve stayed in cleaner, friendlier Motel 6 in my college years!!

The hotel was very clean and had a clean smell, not musty like a lot do. Its only a year old but it didnt have any bad odors. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and smiling. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and the temperature was good. Breakfast was good, waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit and yogurt, and cereal, sausage and eggs. When I'm spending overnight in Lynchburg Va again, will definitely stay here. Would definitely recommend

The rooms were immaculate. Front desk staff and housekeeping were very accomodating. The entire hotel was well taken care of. The only negative for the hotel is that the breakfast was so so. I would most definitely stay here again.
