Bed wasn't terribly comfortable; you could feel the springs. Breakfast was incredibly disappointing; the pancakes were tiny and undercooked. Coffee/juice/etc empty or low. Not the usual decent breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express. Most staff were kind, some were snippy. Housekeepers were kind but the room was dusty and very dirty under the bed.

The breakfast was great. Staff was lovely. The property is just showing signs of age. Bathrooms need updates. Dirty edges and corners need paint and tile upgrades. It is time.

We had an issue and needed to talk to customer service but because we did the reservation through Expedia, we could not get in touch with an actual person. Because we did not have a Holiday Inn confirmation number, the automated service would hang up on us and not send us to an actual person. We also had a difficult time finding the number to the front desk but when we did, they could not help either. My daughter said the hotel itself was okay but wotht he issues we had, i will not stay at a Holiday Inn again.

It was a nice stay, my only concern, as I understand is a concern for others is the constant dripping of the A/C outside on the window sill, it can make sleeping challenging at night, its quite loud. But everything was clean, the front desk staff very kind and accommodating, especially Amy, she was a dear! The cleaning staff were very helpful and kind, especially the woman on our hall the weekend we were there (sorry don't know her name) short hair, super sweet. Brand of Coffee at breakfast bar could be improved, not great. My husband enjoyed the breakfast and snacks. Some Gluten free options would be nice. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again, and we recommend it. :-)

We were so disappointed in this hotel! Our room was VERY small, the curtains didn’t pull…had to stand in a chair and yank from the top to close them, our room was NOT freshened the next day while we were out…very smelly at night! I would NOT recommend it…and …we paid over 300 per night because of student move in week!!!!
