The shower curtain rod nearly fell off the wall, barely any hot water. The fridge went out. We lost the food we had in there. The air conditioner was so loud that we had to turn it off in order to sleep.

terrible experience

I have stayed at this hotel several times and never had any issues until this time. The floor was soaked from water coming through the cracks of the tile, there was mold on the inside of the closet door, The next morning we found a blood spot on the mattress . Needless to say I will not recommend or stay in any Wyndham hotel ever again

The first night we heard screaming running up-and-down the hall's only to find out the next morning that there was a pool party from ten pm till 4 am. There was trash all over the hotel from that chicken.Bones towels in the breakfast area was a mess and unsanitary to eat in. The TV remote didn't work.The air conditioner sparked when turned on. When I made a complaint the next door about it. I was told there was nothing they could.Do because the pool party was booked by corporate and there was gonna be another one tonight and the same thing happened. Being disturbed both evenings till 3 and 4 o'clock in the morning when we have full days ahead of us and not being reimbursed anything or yet, just given the stay for free. Put this at the lowest of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Travelodge should contact me and offer me a full refund since this day was terrible in every sense.

The pictures and location looked good but..

The room smelled like harsh chemical cleaners. The bed was as hard a s a rock, there were very suspicious stains on one of the chairs' upholstery, one of our two nights people on our floor near by made an extreme amount of noise and the hotel did nothing. At night and late into the evening there was a large group of people that met in the parking lot in souped up cars that were just partying. There was also some kind of entertainment in the complex that attracted alot of people at night.

Could be so much better

Unfortunately our stay did not go well. Originally planned for two nights and asked for refund following the 1st night. Staff was friendly as possible, but the building is so run down, I feel bad for those who have to work there. Needs a lot of fixing up. Broken lamp shades, sticky floors, terrible pool hours, someone else’s underwear behind a chair in the room and the bathroom had a barely usable shower, etc… you get what you pay for, but even for a cheaper hotel, a customer you should still have some basic standards. Very disappointing:-(.

We had to request a new room 3 times within 20 minutes. The shower head was TAPED to the wall, the bed had hair in it, the sheets were dirty, the phone didn’t work, the toilet handle was broken, the couch was filthy, the elevator was broken and the breakfast was LIMITED and that’s me giving grace to the breakfast bar. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Nothing worked right.

The phone did not work in the hotel room. You could not call the the gront desl from it. No one told us what timw breafast was or if yhere was a breakfasasr. We eere not told when check-out time was was..Bath tub facet did not work correectly.

I had a paid reservation for a suite for 4 nights. When I arrived, they notified me that they had "overbooked" and needed to downgrade me to a single. The room was very humid even with the AC running and noisy. There were even empty beer cans that had not been cleaned out. Amazingly, they did not offer any sort of refund. It was nice that they offered a breakfast bar (7-9 am). It was staffed by a very surely woman who did a little less than the bare minimum. There was always something important missing-- forks, waffle batter, milk, coffee. Weirdly, they kept the syrup in a red ketchup bottle. The milk was watered down, and the hardboiled eggs were sad little soggy things in a bowl of dirty water.

The best part of the stay were the bartenders, the room had black mold and the sheets felt wet.. I was there for GenCon and they scheduled a wedding while that was going on so that was awkward to have to deal with.. the wedding guest were not polite to the people there for GenCon and they were very disrespectful in general. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay this is fine, but.. I wouldnt stay there again.
