The staff was friendly, available and responsive. I had a problem and had to revise my reservation. It was a breeze. The location was very convient. The room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. The blackout curtains really did block out the light. I loved being able to have my dog travel with me. There were plenty of options for breakfast. Only thing I would count as "not perfect" were the pillows. They were too small for me (and I'm a very small woman). I've never seen pillows that small. I was glad I brought my own. I loved that the hotel was non-smoking. I just wished everyone appreciated it and followed the rules. The elevator wreaked of vape smoke multiple times. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was acceptable overall; however, the heater/AC was not working. There was also significant noise from other tenants, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom showerhead and handles were dirty, with noticeable dried-on residue. Additionally, the staff was not very welcoming. Based on my experience, I would rate this stay 2 stars. I’ve stayed at much better accommodations.
