The room had roaches in it and the rooms were dirty and only had 2 channels on tv and the cold water in the shower didn't work. The towels looked dirty and used already plus had no trash cans or toilet paper. Looked like the room hasn't been cleaned that great from the person before us. The safety lock was broken as well.

The room was nasty smelling with broken glass in the carpet. Guys were casing out our car the whole time. We left and found another place to stay.

This is by far the worst hotel have stayed at. There was bed bugs on the bed and roaches crawling on us. Not to mention, that there was an individual selling drugs outside our door. The access key did not even open the door. We had to go get the attendant every single time to open the door. Towels had yellow and red stains on them. Toilet had feces all around. The carpet full of food crumbs. Maybe to feed the roaches I don't know. I hope they do refund my money.

The first room they offered us had a broken exterior door handle, so we requested a different room. The second room they offered us had a missing safety latch, no deadbolt, the bathroom door latch was broken, the TV was pulled off the wall, the room was overall dirty, but it also hadn't been cleaned (unmade bed, etc.) We did not feel safe staying and so requested a refund and scrambled to find somewhere else to stay for the night. The pictures are misleading. FYI, the pool is permanently closed and the entire property is run down.

Smells like smoke, plastic bag over the smoke detector. Closet door is completely broken off, the bathroom doorframe is broken from the door being busted in, toilet is broken, holes all over the walls. Bedsheet clearly were not changed and had crumbs inside the sheets. Nasty awkward blue sofa chair that was ripped and stained, and seems more like it was a sex chair than anything. NEVER will stay here again, and would ask for a refund so I can go somewhere else. This room should not even be made available to the public.

Room was clean, neighborhood sketchy (6 police cars in the parking lot to check on a break-in at the vacant restaurant next door about 10 pm, and a dog was at home in the lot that night and morning, no owner visible.) I realized in the morning there were no towels, and the front desk didn't have access to towels until housekeeping was to arrive at 10. I found a towel in my gear but couldn't get the water hot enough for a shower. The bathroom towel bars were both missing entirely, as was the toilet paper roller. The light over the sink had been flickering and finally went out, and the switch plate for the bathroom lights was cracked. Door lock had a missing component on the inside, leaving its batteries exposed (it still worked.) Comfortable bed but this room was not ready for a paying customer.

Missing and broken fixtures. No towels or lampshades. I swapped for another room and the shower is filled with hair and filth. The AC was as loud as a train. Baymont should be ashamed of this property.

My room was supposedly not available. I just took any available room. It was dirty with blood stains. Luckily we weren’t in the room except for the 5 hours we tried to sleep and eventually left.

It did not have a safe feel, the trash was piled up and had so many flies that swarmed the stairs. The shower didn’t even have a knob to pull it to turn it on, they left someone used soap in the room, the hair dryer didn’t work, there was a single towel in the room. The toilet ran non-stop.
