Our room had a nice covered outdoor area as well as a sofa and small desk. Was clean and very comfortable. 2 hammocks in the garden right outside and about 20steps to the lovely pool. Quiet and friendly

We stayed two nights at Casa Natalia, our room for the first night was in the worst part of the hotel (furthest from reception), traffic noise…TV did not work, WiFi very spotty, and very, very little water pressure in the shower. We commented this info to reception, they did move us to another room, shower water pressure somewhat better, WiFi a little better, a the TV worked in this room. The grounds were lovely, nice, small pool area. In a great location, close to everything in town.

Still a charming small hotel. It had been a long time since we stayed here. Service is good. Very nice staff. Pool is very cold almost unusable. Rooms are spacious but a little tired. Our room safe was broken. Food is good but not as exceptional as it once was. Lots of area dining to choose from. Very private unique hotel in the best location.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Pool very nice. Spacious rooms. Really nice welcome with cold towels and hibiscus agua fresca as we checked in. Showers were poor, took a long time to heat up to barely lukewarm with terrible water pressure. 7am complimentary coffee not available as advertised. Adults only but children are allowed in the restaurant which is in the central courtyard so you can definitely hear them all around the hotel when they are there. Hosts could be a little overbearing. Insisted on speaking English despite my initiating conversation in Spanish. I'm not English, we're in Mexico, that's not a plus for me. For this price, I would probably investigate other options if I went back.
